Orjena vitamin c eye cream contains a high-concentration of niacinamide, and Ascorbic Acid(10ppm) extracted from Brussels Sprouts to help brighten the look of dark circles under the eyes.

HOW TO USE
Apply a pea-sized amount around the eye area and gently tap it into your skin. Avoid dragging or rubbing.
