This unique toner contains a high percentage (80%) of rice water, making it ideal for moisturizing oily and combination skin. Shake the toner to mix the two-layer structure of toner and powder, which helps to control excess sebum and oil while soothing sagging and irritated skin. The patented ingredient also aids in minimizing wide pores. This product is certified vegan and hypoallergenic, making it suitable for those with oily or combination skin.

HOW TO USE
1. Shake the bottle to mix the two-layer structure.
2. Apply an appropriate amount of toner to a cotton pad.
3. Gently wipe the cotton pad over your face, avoiding the eye area.
4. For best results, use after cleansing and before applying moisturizer.
