Lightweight and non-sticky, this highly concentrated toner removes leftover dirt and makeup residue while leaving skin firm and highly moisturized. Infused with 90% astragalus membranaceus root extract for skin hydration and hydroxyethyl cellulose and arginine for better skin texture. Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner contains 90% of Astragalus Membranaceus Root Extract instead of water and with the least ingredient to healthily replenish moisture into skin.
HOW TO USE
Apply a moderate amount on a cotton pad, and gently wipe from the inner to the outer part of the face.
